Primary reason for staying was 24 hour shuttle. Arrived 11:00 pm at airport and shuttle was available very soon after calling.

Regular shuttle service even with 5 :45am flight, and no added cost! Supper at bar was Remarkably good, service was fast and friendly.

Conveniently close to both the airport and cruise terminal 🚢. the staff here are incredibly friendly and always have a smile on their face. the room is spotless and feels really fancy, with an amazingly comfortable bed and pillows.

My adult daughter & I stayed overnight so that she'd be able to catch a very early flight out the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that there was no refrigerator in the room. I didn't need it, but I've travelled with people who do. We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it provided shuttle service which was a great help.
I don't remember seeing an iron and ironing board, either. I understand that you want your customers to use your facilities for a price, but many people don't want to do that or can't necessarily afford to do that.

The staff. Servio and another female on the night shift were absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and above all - fast. We will definitely be staying here again.
I think the hotel is a little dated, not much, and could use a facelift to look like some of the newer Sheraton hotels but in fairness, it is extremely clean. Also, I would like to see duvet covers on the beds - not just top and bottom sheets.
